Some Serving Ideas:
• Just a tablespoon of micro greens or micro herbs on top of a plated selection adds visual appeal.
•A tiny (mini) salad might be a tablespoon of merlot radish micros topped with a pinch of garlic chives.
•Another take on the mini salad would be a tablespoon of sour cream as a base for the tiny salad of mixed micro
herbs. Perhaps 1 caper or olive on top? Or a slice of radish? Or a bit of smoked salmon? Or..?
•Herbal oils made with this extremely tender microherbs add an intense color and flavor.
Just add olive oil to handful of micros, whirl in a small processor, let sit a bit and then strain. Brilliant color!
Add a few drops on top of a soup or for a bread dip in a tiny bowl with a smidge of prosciutto.
